"App wasn't working & it was 5 minutes per car on the drive thru for a total time time of 25 minutes. Multiple cars left before ordering, and it looked like there wasn't enough staff. Good thing it was 3pm on a Saturday."

"All fast food isn't fast. People go through a drive thru because of the convenience of not having to park their car, get out of their car, walk in to make an order, get their food, sit down and eat. 10 minutes in a drive thru isn't convenient."

"The food quality was poor even for a McDonald's. (Cheese slices barely on the burger, 5 nuggets instead of 6, honey mustard instead of honey, no napkins) Poor!"

"This place is unreal... It's been awhile since I've seen so much chaos in one place. I even saw a couple people getting their own cups from behind the counter. Needless to say, we were there for a minute... or 30 minutes would be more accurate."

"Let me preface this with breakfast shift deserves 5 stars bit lunch shift deserves 1 star. Honestly I wish I could give this mcdonalds a better review as there have been many breakfast times that I have had a good experiences. Unfortunately during dinner there has been far too many times that I've received the wrong food or waited half an hour or more for food, both in the drive threw and the lobby. Staff in the drive through is honestly fine, nothing special, but not bad. The front counter guy employee I come in to contact almost every evening I try to get food is rude as ever. He does not seem to have a filter on his mouth and will talk bad about the previous customer with you. Management seems to care as far as their paycheck should, I wish they cared more when an issue occurs. I used to bring my concerns to management but more times than not I have left upset rather than actually addressing the issue as the issues keep happening. (To be clear only issues I've ever brought forward to management has been wrong orders. This is the first time I've mentioned anything about staff.) WRONG FOOD IS MY BIGGEST GRIPE WITH DINNER. I QUARTER POUNDER CHEESE ONLY PICKLE SHOULD STILL COME WITH CHEESE FOR EXAMPLE."
