"Ordered a pizza it's now been 2 hours and still no pizza. Trying to call to find out where it is and have been on hold for almost an hour I guess they figure you'll get tired of holding and hang up well there right to hell with this store"

"Went in with my 10 year old today around 1:15PM. Cashier was throwing F bombs and expressing how bad he hated the owners. Said over and over he didn’t care anymore and that if someone didn’t show up he was going to quit. Customer behind me who appears to be a manger from orilleys said he was going to call Megan and tell her how this employee felt. I hope he did know the owner and he did report this. Kids don’t need to go into an establishment and hear this kind of language and hate. Very disappointed that someone would allow this and hire these type of individuals."

"It's slightly amazes me that the most popular or busy place in all of excelsior is still so shabby and falling apart. I wonder how many people's information has gotten stolen due to a "non working". Chip reader. Yet the only employee checking seven people out doesn't even attempt to use the second register that isn't broken. Having to navigate around a semi truck parked literally at the front door is quite unprofessional, all because of the delivery guy doesn't want to dolly the product in as with any other business. They always have second tier drink brands and food brands, which is why they're trying to come out with their own. Kind of wish we had a better gas station, half the time their pumps aren't even working. To be clear, this is management or ownership issues ,not employees"

"Kitchen staff was rude when I told them I was there to pick up a pizza order. I’m always nice and polite when speaking with strangers. Not sure why I deserved to be treated like that while I’m spending my money. Person cutting pizza and putting them into cardboard trays for single-serving rack was NOT wearing gloves and constantly combing his fingers through his hair. He must have seen me watching because, while he still wasn’t wearing gloves, did not touch my pizzas with his bare hands. Will not be returning to this store. I’d rather drive to Liberty, 30 minutes away, to purchase my pizza from a store that takes health precautions and is friendly to customers."

"Old wings and a rude night crew to boot. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if someone from the city ends up robbing or burning down this gas station as compensation for wasting their money. From reading all of these reviews, it's obvious their experiences were just as bad as our experience. Not to mention you have marijuana posted all over your internet page. This location is just as doped up in real life as it looks on Google search. It's only a matter of time until QT moved here and takes all of your business at this rate."
