"Terrible company to work with very poor communication, had a problem load that ended up having to be cross docked due to us being a recovery carrier and getting held up at a shipper. Everything was handled by broker but for no reason we get charged for a lumper that the other carrier did. Cant get any one on the phone regarding payment discrepancies, all accounting emails are automatic and nobody gets back to you. Literally impossible to to talk with someone once load is delivered. Avoid doing business at all cost."
