"Store 0592 in Creve Coeur. The customer service today was more than amazing. I went in to do some really complex photo enlarging/printing/ laminating- the attention to detail was just top notch, and they went out of their way to make sure that the dimensions were exact. I was overwhelmed with the excellence of the service, a rare thing these days. I will recommend this store wholeheartedly to anyone. Unfortunately, I forgot to get names, but everyone in the store was simply amazing."

"I’m guessing the same girl I had the issue with is the same one a few other reviewers have mentioned. She’s very condescending and rude. If you ask a question after she’s given you an option she gets short with you and gets an attitude. She treats people as if they are stupid for not understanding what she said. She should not be in a customer service environment. She is at the first register and the name on the receipt is also the first name of the owner, Mujib. I do not want to assume it is the same person and rather the owner was signed into the computer but.. if she’s the owner she should let the rest of the staff do customer facing because she is terrible."
