Jimmy John's

"Ordered a sandwich to be ready when I got there and it was but it was missing the drink and side. Was given both after I inquired about it. Sandwich on the receipt was listed as customized with my customization options but the sandwich was not at all customized. The bread was also harder than it usually is and nothing tasted as fresh as I'm used to. I eat at Jimmy John's a lot but this is my first time at this location in decades. I should have listened to all the recent reviews that are 1 or 2 stars. The sandwich was substandard for even Subway and had it been my first sandwich I ever had from Jimmy John's then I doubt I would be back. Luckily, for JJ I'm a long time customer and I'll be back but not to this location. Edit: Jimmy John's gave me a website to "report" my issue and it was sending me to some Russian site with tons of pop-ups. I'm sure their bit.ly site was hacked but still a negative. Changed my 2 star to 1."

"Recent Review: 11/13/2023 Got completely scammed. Do not go here. I ordered a "Totally Tuna" and I would hate to see what they would have made me for the partially tuna if they had one. Got a single scoop on my sandwich and called them to sort out the misunderstanding. They said that to give me a refund, they had to get the manager in touch who was out of the store. So basically, I paid $9, after taxes for a scoop of tuna and chewy bread. Long story short, don't waste your time here. Olive has many other good delis and sandwich places to choose from. Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one is because the employees were friendly."

"I love jimmy John's but this location did a horrible job.I ordered a Turkey Tom with extra peppers. The bread was hard- barely had any Turkey on it, folded on the weirdest most un even way- and there were pieces of onion randomly in the sandwich. Again, jimmy John's is great just not this location"

"This location is consistent. I will say that. this location consistently gets my order wrong and consistently doesn't replace it and can't find it when I go into the store. The staff at the store are rude and not welcoming. They don't say hello. They Just Look at you and so instead of asking to take your order or can they help you. I work for a big health care system and we order lunch at that. Jimmy John's frequently and every time our order is incorrect. They have now lost a big amount of money!! Please train your people to be professional and customer service oriented!!!"

"Ok, when you're at a place that hands you a freshly made sandwich to order before you can finish paying.... That's fast! And the nine grain bread is so soft and fresh. Toppings didn't disappoint either for freshness and amount."
