"This location has a ways to go before getting up to the standards we expect from Chick-Fil-A. The drive through is very slow filling orders. One time we were given many sauces that were not ordered. Then our last order the sauces were completely left out. I think we will just go back to the store on Manchester until this store can get their act together."
"Went to the drive through and was helped immediately. The food came out fast and was perfectly cooked and hot. My only complaint would be not enough ice in my tea so it was not very cold. Their prices are also very reasonable for what you get. Will definitely be back. Went back for lunch today. It took an extra long time. Food was good and the tea was warm still with almost no ice."
"The big shot Devin Bruce is the rudest guy i have had to deal with. Its all due to his store and poor service and wait times. He dont care at all, All he wants is to get out of the drive thru to make money forget customer service. This guy is a punk and the Google 3 star rating is to high it should be - one star. He should not have a franchise. I bet it ends up with a 2 star or even a 1 star by year end. TGI fridays is missed for this junk food"
"Incredibly slow. I get its new, but wont be coming back until they can fix this. Cant afford to wait 15 minutes in a drive thru that i placed a mobile order for that only 3 other cars are in… happened twice already. Several other chick fil as on the way to work have 4x the amount of cars and are much faster."
"A simple order and still forgot a lemon freeze then went and had to make one REAL FAST and was made poorly. Manager just wanted us through so they could hurry another order to mess up. They had one simple job and a epic fail...... The more chich-fil-A they build the quality of service has been dropping. I never waste my time doing this review unless it was needed, Not a way to open a new store. Manager must have came from a Walmart."
