"Communication was great prior to starting services for my daughter. Afterwards, it just diminished. It took emails and multiple voicemails before Jodie East even called me back (I just wanted to ask about how it was going. Nothing major) After a week, I finally got a call back. My daughter said they were reading a book in their sessions and would play card games. We didn't feel like it was something that was going to make a difference for her (right now) with what was taking place during their sessions. So we decided we would take a break and re-evaluate. We skipped the next week and were charged $125 for the session anyway. I've called and left a message about being refunded for that. But definitely not going to hold my breath. We could have spent a lot less than $1,000 the past few weeks to read her a book and play card games. Super irritated and disappointed with this. We had high hopes with the good Google reviews. Maybe if you're going to go here, use a different counselor."
