"When we first went when it opened it was amazing all around. Over the last year or two the food quality has gone down hill and seems nothing as it once was. Pizza is hit or miss if it will be good. No consistency. Chicken was partially raw when we went today. And the waffle fries was like old cardboard that's saying it nicely. Sorry but I would not recommend to a friend like I once boasted about it."

"I don't really have any comments about the food, it was what it was. But the gentleman who helped us at the game room, he might have been the manager or the owner, not sure, went above and beyond. We showed up on a random Monday afternoon with 11 kids who had game cards from Christmas to spend at the arcade and then had tickets to redeem and he had so much patience and was so kind as the kids made their agonizing decisions on how to spend their reward tickets. He made what could have been a fiasco a delightful afternoon. Bravo!"

"Here's the thing, I love pizza ranch. I love their Cactus Bread. It's super sweet (just an fyi), so if you're not into that kind of thing. Their cheese bread is great. I'm told that the chicken is very good as well. However, every single time (and I do mean every), there has been an issue with either our order or our delivery. It's getting to the point that I'm starting to wonder if I'm getting punked. One time they forgot half of our order, one time they brought Cactus Bread that was burnt, One time we ordered thru doordash and when the dasher arrived at the restaurant, they were told the order had been lost. Another time we ordered thru DD and the dasher left our food on the neighbors porch. One time, I ordered and waited for a while and still hadn't received my delivery, so I called the restaurant, and they had, in fact, left my food on the neighbors porch again. Obviously, they have a few kinks to work out being a fairly new restaurant. I'm giving them 4 stars despite all of the problems because they have always apologized and made it up to us, and that means more to me than a late or lost pizza. I appreciate their willingness to always help when there is an issue. So I would say the food is really good and definitely worth checking out. But maybe just go pick it up."

"Pretty good pizza buffet, I liked the Hawaiian pizza best. I came in for the salad bar and did not disappoint. There is a dessert bar and soft serve ice cream. Very pleasant staff. There is a fun "air conditioned" arcade room. Only wishing some of that cool air could make its way into the dining area. The downside was finding a clean table. I ended up moving dirty plates and cleaning my own table at 2pm in the afternoon."

"First time visitor all the way from NWA. In California there is a location called Shakes Pizza and we’ve been missing it so close enough we found this not far location. The fried chicken I can say is there signature thing they have all chicken options as leg wing breast and thighs. Build your own salad bar was very clean and well put together looked fresh lettuce fresh every vegetable and sauce items. The pasta was savory. The pizzas quite few options with good toppings put together for all you veggies on your pizza to fruit on your pizzas meat lovers or simple and usual pizza lovers. The crust was extremely good the warm and fluffy of them good. The beverages Pepsi products on point and coffee lovers extremely happy to hazelnut decaf or original to your own mug and no counting pours to yourself lol. Gaming area can’t complain of course small but that’s why you have like Dave and busters and etc but it was all age and parenting time zone. The only complain I do have is that I couldn’t find the damn restroom lmao because there was no sign till I asked lol. Everything was clear organized clean no spill no short items no mess and even if it’s your fist time is very open and reasonable to understand because there is no beginning and where to end. My all time favorite desert was the blueberry sweet pizza my favorite pizza I can’t name it but it had tomato as a topping and pepperoni with other toppings the fries chef kiss."
