"Poor customer service, charged my card twice for the same thing because their system glitched. When I brought it to their attention they refused to give me a refund for the second charge. The manager told me if the charge didn’t fall off my account in two weeks then come back and they would give me a refund. Even after I showed her the receipt and my bank statement. It doesn’t show pending in my account. It was an actual charge not a pre authorization. I told her I didn’t want to have to come back when the problem could be fixed right then. They refuse to answer the phones when I try calling because the manager said I could call to get the refund since I didn’t want to go back and no one answers."

"First time and I'm hooked! This is a very good sandwich! Wish they had a drive thru some where in town. I'd probably eat it several times a week! Loaded fries are awesome. I've had cheese steaks from back East when I lived out there years ago and this is how its done!"

"Never had a bad experience here or the others I've eaten. Finally talked my friend to try this place, he called and told me, "wow, this food is amazing, I should have tried it sooner." I tell everyone to try them. I drive a truck all over the country. If I see one, I'm finding away to get one or two for the road.thank you for being in Joplin."

"Got our order wrong. If you are going to order straight off the menu I’m sure it would be fine but I wouldn’t trust them with requests. The woman who helped us ignored requests and read exactly off a script taped to the registers. Food order was completely wrong. Saving grace they did give us our money back when we refused the food. Second employee that helped us with that seemed much better. It was a shame really. Hopefully their staff does better in the future. Location seemed clean enough and got there wasn’t a long wait."
