"Terrible horrible service visited there office 9-10 times in the last 3 months I walk to the back sit down with staff and they don’t listen to anything they tell you yes you will be covered then don’t put any of your information in there systems and nor correctly there’s always a elderly woman in the front desk with a attitude and can’t work the computers properly my children are still not covered and I’ve been in Missouri for 4 months I go to the online website no cases are open for my children nor me THESE PEOPLE NEED HELP I FEEL BAD FOR ALL THE OTHER CHILDREN NOT BEING SEEN BY DOCTORS BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE POOOR WORK SKILLS"
