"I rarely write a negative review but my experience was so odd l had to. Today went to the Chesterfield location to look at the Yamaha Tenere. My son, who has owned 3 bikes in his life was looking to purchase one. And I am a life long rider. I walked in and started looking at bikes. Not one person acknowledged my presence. A couple of employees were talking about 30 feet from me. No big deal - Wasn’t there to chat or shoot the breeze, but no one said anything. I walked past a guy sitting at the parts counter, right in front of him. He didn’t even raise his head from his phone. I dug around in the clearance parts for 5-10 minutes and 2 guys in service didn’t look at me. Back to the new bikes, climbed on one - the 2 original guys in the show room never flinched. Got off the bike walked within 5-6 feet of them looking around, now curious if they would even acknowledge me. Nope, as far as I could tell, the only non employee there for over 30 minutes - and absolutely not one word said to me. Hey I take no offense - didn't want a pushy sales person - but I did have questions and after a time it was a test to see if ANYONE was willing to acknowledge me at all, in any fashion, even a hello. Nope - It says a lot about a buisness that as far as I can tell, the only customer in the store, 6 employees and no one looked at me. Do your employees think they are that cool? are they that bored? I don’t look like a “biker” so did they judge me? Hell I wandered enough you would think they would get curious why I was even there. Nope - no one could be bothered. So I slowly walked to the door and out without one word ever said and will never be back because I can’t be bother either. FYI I have had work done there on other bikes and every experience had been mediocre at best."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!! From the time my wife and I walk in on 5/13/23 to 11/ 24/23. 5/13/ 23 my wife and I walk in at 9:06 am looking to buy a side by side. Stood around for I know was 40 to 45 minutes. They say they are open at 9:00 am. They were still moving the machines out side and not one person said a word to us, like we were invisible. Trying to say out of the way, Finally someone approached us his name started with a A. Pick one out started to go through the process. Ordered some accessories for the machine. Ask him now I want this machine by Memorial Day weekend. which was 2 weeks away he said NO Problem asked again and he said NO Problem. So one problem after another it was a problem never received it in time. 3 weeks after he told I would have it finally called and said it was ready. So my wife told him we were going to be there to pick it up that Saturday morning we would be there first thing. Well we were there and this salesman didn't arrive until 1 to 11/2 hrs later he arrived. Fast forward to 11/ 24/23.Loaded the machine on trailer to get 25 HR service drove from gasconade county to Fenton walk in a told the guy behind the service counter what I was there for. And he asked me if I made a appointment. I told him I was not aware having to make appointment for service . I explained to him were I just brought this machine from and he just didn't even act like he cared one bit. Didn't even act like he could help me out. NOTHING. So was every angry . Walk out pickup phone call Jim Ternary in Franklin county (Union Mo) asked them to service it they replied NO PROBLEM being it on in. So if looking for a Polaris ,go to Jim Ternary in Union Mo I walked in there that morning took 2 steps in the door and people were asking me what they could help me with. The door behind me did not even get to shut. So in closing it would be worth your wild and time to go there.( SERVICE)"

"I took my MC in to be inspected for licensing in MO. They returned the bike to me with large, fresh, scratches on the paint (was perfect when I brought it in). I reported the damage, and they clamed they didn't do it there... Like I was a liar, and trying to rip them off. The person responsible knows better, but wouldn't come forward. They couldn't see it take place on the video, but it 100% happened there without a doubt. Dan was polite, but the counter workers heckled me on the way out. If I hadn't had an appointment I would have called the police and with a damage complaint. This was really, really terrible. There's one person who knows what happened, but obviously lacks character to own their mistake."

"All the young, energetic and friendly staff were impressively helpful. When I stopped into drive by straps for a bridge that was attached to my long bed Portland truck. They went out there way to ensure that I had everything I needed"
