"It was difficult to find my size in the coat that I wanted. I ended up buying one on sale but still paid more than I had expected after checking on line first. The cashier was very nice and friendly but not so much the floor sales woman."
"Went to Sephora. The sales lady who waited on me decided to turn her back on me to help another customer while in the middle of a possible sale. Her boss saw how irritated I was and jumped in to help me. She was very nice and helpful as well. Might go back or maybe back to Ultra."
"Sangrita is such a sweetheart, I was lost in the store since I haven’t been here in 7 years she instantly helped me, walked me to the dress shirts and even gave me advice. As well here sales are great coming from someone who works in retail, I’ll put it this way in a 3 minute checkout she got me approved for a card that I didn’t know I wanted went over all the deals with it, then gave me the product while also coordinating with her bosses that she needed more card approval discounts so she could save me 35%."
"I had an in-store pick-up. Since you have to wait in the same line as regular checkout it took me 20 minutes to get a cashier. They then scanned my code and called someone to the front to grab the ticket and walk all the way to the back of the store to get the order. 35 minutes out of my day for an instore pick that is meant to be quick for customers. Ridiculous. Then the poor lady who was behind me waited all that time to return something and was told she had to go to the back of the store for returns… the sign at the start of the line was turned so no one could see it. Also ridiculous."
"Had a really good shopping experience. This is a good location I think. Store is not too overwhelming. I mean that in size of the store. Staff was very friendly and polite. Saying hello to customers almost seems like a rare thing these days, but their staff was Excellent. We got some fantastic deals. I wouldn't mind at all to come back again."
