"I normally am not a fan of the big chain stores but I have to admit the service here is very good with extremely friendly employees. Keith in lumber cut A LOT of lumber for me for a workbench project I was making. He went above and beyond his work. I even offered him a tip because he did so much for me and he refused. That’s a good employee right there. Keep him on board no pun intended. Take good care of him as an employee. He’s amazing."

"If you choose Lowe's to do a remodel or any big job and might need to exchange anything you will need to pay in cash only or it will be about a week before it's put back on your card and make sure your grabbing the right stuff before they will not have it in the correct spot"
"This review is for the paint dept. employees on Sunday Jan.7th. My wife and I had a question, we waited patiently while one was mixing paint and the other was answering a question for another customer, when he was finished with the question he looked at me and turned around and started mixing paint, by this time the other one was finished what he was doing looked at me and started doing something else, I walked away but my wife stayed and neither one helped her either. We left and went to Home Depot and were promptly taken care of. The people who usually work in that dept. during the week are top notch the 2 that worked today not so much."
