"Visited this store on 1/20/24 around 10am and the fitting rooms were closed. Nice selection, but since I couldn't try on the clothes I had in my hand, all but 1 item got returned to the racks. Open your fitting rooms, and you might sell more clothes! Bought 1 item that I knew would fit, and left to spend my money at another store with open fitting rooms."
"I had a worst experience today at this store (Gravois bluff, Fenton). I hope a store manager or someone from corp office reads my review and take corrective action. One of the middle age lady from cashier had misbehaved with me. I went today with a return which was a Disney small box of ear rings for kids. She refused me stating that they cannot issues me a store credit which I was willing to spend right away. Because I lost my receipt.. it was just $16.. and for my daughter which she did not like.. and I wanted to take a different one right away.. Definitely NOT returning back to this store.. tj max need to understand that there are multiple options for customers. And with this kind of employee they are just loosing business.."
"I went to this TJ Maxx to find Black artwork to decorate with and they did not disappoint! They had a lot of pieces. The store was very neat and well organized and the staff that I interacted with were super friendly. I will definitely be returning and recommend this location to others."
"6:15pm the shop is very busy, person in every aisle kinda busy. The staff is super friendly and the shop is well stocked and the prices are great as usual. We were in there looking for a set of knives on a block, there were knives but not in a block. A simple preference thing if you ask me, if it weren’t for you queues I’d probably have left with something I didn’t intend to get!"
