"Just dont! Just keep looking! I know finding childcare is hard but there are other daycares available ones where the staff actually are qualified to work with your precious ones. This group here is made up of a owner who spends most time next door at lil critters leaving the daycare to be ran by her daughter and her daughters friends. Its unprofessional and ghetto. My daughter who's 2 went there for 2 weeks before we took her out. And in that 2 weeks I picked her up at closing where I seen the "caregiver" sitting while my daughter and 1 other child played. No biggie right?! Wrong! My little girls pull up was soiled to the point of her shorts being soaked!!! Owner says to me "it was an oversight" NO. WRONG. Missing a item on your shopping list is a oversight, allowing any child to go for such a long period of time in such a way is NEGLECT and LAZINESS. They dont pay attention, my toddler also experienced 2 bites from 2 different girls. Resulting in a massive bruise on her arm. There is no structure meals or meal times. The menu out front is simply there to appease the state. On my daughter's last day we arrive 730am we walk in to and i count 15 kids running wild, some eating some crying some coming thru the "child"proof" gate with only one worker. In between her yelling at these children i ask her what time is breakfast served? She replies " Uh, like she can eat whenever idk I just gotta go in the kitchen and find her something. " The menu says Oatmeal fruit and milk... "Yeah well we dont have that ya know it's like towards end of month and well we gotta go shopping you know so like whatever I fine she'll get and we have milk she get that too." Milk I said.. NO she cant have milk shes lactose intolerant! "Uh like not even if it's like 1%?" NO. She cant have milk! Are you kidding me these are the "caretakers" were Entrusting to take care of our kids and to influence and sculpt their young minds?? No thanks I'll find a daycare where the owner hires qualified individuals not just warm bodies to fill the position."
