"Love this place. Moved back to stl months ago and was told about HOP. Great, well equipped gym with nice owner who respects his members. Awesome members and staff. Initially new comers could be intimidated but have found everyone to be very nice and helpful. You won't find classes but a great environment for weight training and tons of cardio eqpt."

"The true judgment free zone- May seem intimidating but people are all super nice. Every member has a story no attitudes here! True family. Owned business and they make you feel like family. Any member is happy to help get you started if you are lost or unsure. From power lifter to physique to wanting to just get in shape everyone is welcome and they are excited to see you every time! Go visit ! What do you have to lose? Oh and no long term contract !! Month to month from the start!!"

"It has potential to be a great gym. But even in this new space they’ve decided to cram EVERY old machine they own onto the floor. Super cluttered. The dumbbells are loose all the time. I just hope housekeeping is better at this one."
