"I went to pick up some pool chemicals and other items last week. A man with green hair asked "How can I help you?" I started to tell him what I needed and he interrupted and said I'm gonna check out this other customer. That was fine. Then he tells the young man that walked in the same time as me, let's take you in the back and get you hired. I thought he'd come right back. After waiting at least 7 minutes, I walked to the open store room and called out, " Can I get some help?". No response. I leave my items on the counter and walk out. The new hire is coming around the building and I ask what happened to the guy with green hair. He gestures over to the side of the building where green haired man is with another guy under a tree smoking. I couldn't believe he left the store for a smoke break while I'm standing there waiting."

"Their products are so much better than what you purchase through big-box/hardware stores. Love this location, but prefer going in when Alexis is working. She is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to knowing what they have in store and in stock, and she is really quick."

"Friendly personnel. Store was clean and they were very helpful. Apparently, post pandemic they are struggling for help like many others....they didn't have product available as they didn't have the manpower to unload their delivery. I can't fault them much...but thats why I gave 4/5 stars. If I'm out that way and have needs, I'll stop in...but its out of my way normally. I was out there for another errand. Overall good service."

"Every in store experience has been great. But then I had the Technician Ryan came out to my house. I scheduled a service call because this is our first summer having a pool. And the pump looks pretty old. So I just wanted someone to come out and answer couple questions for me. I was told the service call was going to be $85. It ended be $167 not $85. Ryan arrived on time. He wasn’t very friendly. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day and it was sprinkling a little but so I chalked it up to that. But as the appointment went on. He attitude didn’t chance. I was given the shortest answers he could come up with. 2,3,4 word answer where possible. He clearly didn’t want to be at me house or help answer any of me questions. He was definitely super annoyed to be there. He wrote up the paperwork I paid him he told me he was going to send me a quote for the salt water line the next day. Here we are going on three weeks later with no estimate. I have called the store twice with no call back or email about anything. I basically paid $167 for someone to come be rude to me in my backyard. I will not be using Leslie pools anymore. And I am going to try and get my money back for the pointless service call from Ryan."
