"Every time I go here the staff is amazing and kind. But tell me why I’m here shopping and I hear a beeping every five to ten seconds. I look over and this giant white pillar is moving around taking up space, getting in ppls way, beeping loudly. Stores putting these bots in don’t deserve our money, they’re taking jobs from actual staff that ensures we get what we need. It wouldn’t even move aside when it got in my way I’m so angry at Schnucks rn especially with all the recalls that have been happening this is what they choose to spend money on"
"This store is on its way up. Two years ago I would have given this store one star. The old store manger, Steve, is out and with new management, things are starting to improve for the better. It's not perfect, but the trajectory is there and the produce manager Nick and the other ol' timer, Jeff, have helped me happily on multiple occasion."
"I’ve pretty much given up coming here unless I absolutely have to, even though they are right up the street from me. This is the green leaf lettuce shelf. DISGUSTING. The muck from this shelf is dripping onto the brussel sprouts below. Don’t get me started on the meat section. Meat is past the sell/freeze date, some obviously rotten and the area stinks. Started going to Walmart instead. This place is just gross."
"Our cashier was very kind and even chased down a customer who forgot their groceries to make sure they had everything when they arrived at their destination. He recognized and acknowledged us promptly when we walked up to his register as well. This is a level of service I'm not used to receiving anymore."
"One checker working on a Sunday morning so the line is 20 deep, the produce is hit or miss, eat the meat quickly before it goes bad, the shelves are never fronted, and you must check the expiration on dry goods."
