"We started riding several years ago and showed up at this shop to get our inexpensive bikes looked at. The guys there treated our cheap bikes just like they would the expensive ones. They didn't try to push anything on us either. They did advise that in time we may want to look into upgrading and they could help us with that. Fast forward to today and we now are much more serious about riding. We've purchased new bikes from here as we got more and more serious about riding. Along the way the shop didn't just sell us the bikes but supported us in keeping those bikes well maintained. Mark, Tom, and all the guys at the shop are subject matter experts and they won't try to put you in a bike just because you have money to spend. They'll advise you on what works best for what you want to do and what fits your budget. On top of all the great bike mechanics they also have Gary..... I just say this. While he is a mechanic as well Gary is also an amazing wheel builder. He has built me two carbon wheel sets and both are rock solid. There are a few very skilled wheel builders there including Mark the owner but Gary is who built the two wheel sets I have. Upgrading the wheels was by far one of the best things I did to my bikes. They have several options that can fit in a wide range of budgets too. The place is literally a one-stop-shop. If you need it they either have it or in most cases can get it. Now keep in mind; with the impact Covid has had on the bike industry bikes and supplies are in short supply for all shops. That being said they will work with you and do everything they can to get you the bike or parts you need. Long story short... Great Bike Shop, that's earned a lifetime customer. Mark runs an honest business with great prices and great customer support. A shop that makes anyone feel welcome regardless of skill or budget."
