"I always liked this car wash as it's brushless and doesn't scratch your car. Today I was really impressed by one of the supervisors named Caleb. After my car went through the wash he looked at it and noticed my hood wasn't as clean as it should be. He came in to explain to me that they were going to run it back through and apologized for the delay. Then he personally washed and dried my car for me. With that attitude Caleb has a bright future ahead of him."
