"I love the store and the front of the store associates but their pharmacy is a hot mess and the pharmacy manager is argumentative and rude. I had an issue on the phone with one of her associates and expressed my frustration to the associate checking me out later that day, who mind you agreed with me about the associate being unhelpful and rude, “it’s just her personality”, and she asked to share the feedback with the manager who then came over and became completely argumentative telling me she’s never had a complaint on her before, etc. I know the customer isn’t always right, but when you’re messing with kids medicine and it’s a controlled substance that he needs, you have to be a little more helpful in trying to find options, since you all can never seem to keep it in stock and we fill it every month there. Tonight I was there to pick up a prescription for myself and went thru the drive thru and sat there for 8 minutes before anyone finally said they’d be with me in a moment. The person who shared that was the store manager who was closing a drawer and realized no one back there even acknowledged me. Everyone’s short handed. I can be patient but at least acknowledge someone so they know you’ll be with them. If I didn’t have to go through CVS for my scripts, I’d be out because this place is a joke and no one cares to do anything to fix it."

"This pharmacy has shorted my prescriptions twice. The medicine comes in a blister packs so it's easy to count them out. They claim the boxes aren't opened at the time of filling them and that it's a problem with the manufacturer. The pharmacy manager is incredibly unprofessional and her solutions weren't helpful solutions at all."

"Staff and pharmacy uses every excuse to not do their job well and to skip duties. 6 people working but one register used with a huge line behind it and they closed the drive thru. They are just lazy the same thing has happened the last three times I've come to cvs there will be a huge line at pharmacy one employee struggling to help everyone one employee filling prescription and the rest are just talking. It's not a staffing shortage it's just poor management and on top of all of that the pharmacy website is terrible confusing and doesn't let you do anything useful, like put in your insurance information. I've felt with several other online pharmacies and have never had so much difficulty trying to do suck basic tasks as seeing if my prescription is ready or why it is taking three days to issue with. out insurance getting in the way, the staff that is working is trying to help as much as possible but there is just nothing they can do. It's just terrible how little corporate does to help no wonder no one wants to work here"

"And now I have some pocket money. I had spent my last cash at the airport and wanted to have a few bucks in case I need them. And while I'm here, I picked up a small bottle of contact lens fluid. Yes, this is a full service pharmacy and it's in good condition. CVS does a great job of keeping their stores very uniform - once you're inside it could be Fort Myers or Fort Bragg but no, this is Ellisville."
