"I purchased a 2016 Allez from them, and have had them maintain the bike for 8 years now. Recently I purchased a Diverge, and will not take it anywhere else for routine maintenance. They set up the bike to the exact dimensions as my Allez, installed a different seat for me, tweaked the shifting after the first 100 or so miles. I can't stress enough being a now recently avid rider, how important it is to have a shop with your best interest at heart. Great people, great company, highly recommend."

Steve was very attentive, personable, and professional. He didn't try to up sell me; he listened to what I needed and helped me think through options and other considerations without any pressure. I also had shorter interactions with one of the owners and someone else who works there, and those were similarly very positive. They also have a much better selection of bikes and accessories than I expected from a local shop. The store is definitely bigger on the inside, lol. I would recommend Trailhead Bicycles without reservation."

"This is THE BIKE SHOP of all bike shops. I have to write this review because Trailhead Bicycles is without a doubt the best bike shop I have ever gone to and that’s the reason why I've ONLY gone there for the past couple years. They are absolute experts on anything bikes and will set you up with the perfect bike every time. They're nice, they’re friendly, and they treat you like family. I've bought three bikes that were quite the investment (new mountain bike today actually) and I would never spend this type of money anywhere else. They've answered every question I've had and are always looking to get people psyched to bike whether it's road, gravel, mountain, kids bikes, e-bikes, etc. Go here and say hi to my official cycle financial advisor Henry the pup."
