"Most of the drivers are nice but some will scare the pants off u. U can definitely tell the ones who enjoy their jobs they drive carefully! please get rid of the others, the ones who drive crazy and send people flying out of their seats or dropped out of the back of the bus I know this happens everywhere but those people who do that need a new job and not still driving people around if they and a accident they need to go!period end of story but no accountability there so noone cares! Do something about it u guys don't hold your drivers to your own policies! Your driver's used to go above and beyond for this job not just do the job. Would it be hard to put a smile on your faces thank u to the ones that do. We r going to doctor appointments we don't want to know about the drivers issues they are having that day. Just be happy or don't talk!"
