"Call Napa in sedalia mo to get warranty part guy said everything was ready to go found everything needed to get me the part he ordered it then I go pick it up a few days later and they tell me they got part for me but they can’t warranty the part out with out Receipt Well owner was there and he told me I needed Receipt to get part I showed everything to him Receipt off my phone on my Napa profile he trows the part at me and said I don’t need anything after I told him I have problems every time I order something there"
"Their part warranty is a scam. They say they process claims within 2 weeks - not true! 4 months later they lost the part. They say such things like: part not inspected, we just installed a new computer system which is slowing us down, need more info, need more time, I'll email this person or that and no answer to any emails they send, part lost, missing number and we are still looking for the part. To get your call through it's a 20-30 min wait ever time. To get a call back it's 2-3 days wait. Not organized because they are always missing something or losing something. I found it difficult to work with John Davis, Quinn, Rashel, and Mike."
