"I used to think the Sedalia and Raymore locations were th most consistent with flavor. There was a blonde girl working there in the past, blenders were always spot on. Today, it was horrible. I took it back. When getting the next one, the worker sat it down by the window worker looked angry. The other staff looked uncomfortable. Not a comforting feeling leaving, making me wondering if I should even drink it. Disappointed to say the least."

"I love this little place, the coffee is good and the services that I have had is always awesome. The cookies are as big as your face! The only downside is it kinda sucks to get into the drive thru."

"My normal Scooters is not this location, but while in Sedalia recently I got coffee here. It was good as usual. A couple of days later I ordered from my usual location through the app and inadvertently sent the order to Sedalia. I called and left a message with the Sedalia location about my mistake, and within 2 hours the charge had been removed from my card and my mistake was taken care of. That's what customers want to see and appreciate. Now every time I am in Sedalia I will stop by this location. Thanks to everyone involved there for the rapid correction to my snafu. And for the good coffee!"

"I go here on occasion this morning. I picked up a cappuccino for me, a Caramel mocolatta for my wife both with expresso shot added. I got our grandson a hot chocolate. All of us liked them very much and I will go back again. All I had on me was a 50 dollar bill, and the girl at the window said they do not take anything over a twenty. I hate that they don't, but not much I can do about it, so I got out the debit card. But it might be something to keep in mind if you go there get your big bills broken before going. The folks there always are nice and do a great job."

"I ordered what i order at other locations. They charged me over a dollar more for the same thing. When i asked, the girl at the window was annoyed but did knock about 50 cents off. When i got on the road, and took a drink it tasted like something had gone bad. When i pulled back through the drive thru later, with the drink, they explained it had not expired and smelled fine. They did not offer to make another drink, or refund. Instead they just walked away from the window. This is the only time I've ever left a bad review for a business. But, two negative encounters with the same people working is frustrating. I would have preferred addressing this privately but no one ever answered the phone and there's no voice mail."
