"On my last visit here, nothing was that great. I ordered the Chili 5-Way and it looked and tasted just like Chef Boyardee. I threw away a good 2/3 of it. The shake I had was also not that great. It tasted very artificial. On top of all this, the floors in the dining area were filthy and had footprints everywhere."

"We stopped in Steak and Shake in Sedalia Missouri. It was about 6pm. Not very busy. An employee was having her order taken. Myself and another customer waited about 15 minutes before she finished. Tons of employees standing around. The Food was OK. I went into the men's bathroom. It was disgusting. Lots of trash on the floor in the lobby. I was very disappointed. This is a beautiful restaurant from the outside."
"Prices went up and portion size and quality drastically dropped. The $5 shakes are not even 20 Oz and rhe burgers a lacking. The restaurant was in disarray with trash and food all over. Tables are smashed together and dirty. The only positive would be the friendly staff member at the front register."
