"We've lived here for almost a year. We've had a few bumps in the road but the property management does their best to make everything as seamless as possible! We had a leak in the unit above us and the management and maintenance were both reassuring and prompt in getting everything back to normal as fast as possible. It's a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. Also very pet friendly, lots of friendly cats and dogs. Definitely recommend living here!"
"Location is excellent. Property is well taken care of. Maintenance is a hit or a miss, but if you're persistent enough, things get taken care of pretty quickly. Current management is amazing and I appreciate the open lines of communication and punctual response time."
"good location,close to highway, stephanie is our new manager and things are much brighter and better for all of us. been here since 2009 and i plan to stay here. maintanence has been great also. things are getting fixed as needed. would refer to my friends as a nice place to live."
"This is going on our second year here at Lombard Heights and my kids and I call this place home. My children love the fact that there is lots of room to play outside, they can ride bikes without worrying about traffic, they love the swimming pool and the friends they have made here. I love the walk in closet and the dishwasher, and did I mention the walk in closet."
"We've lived at Lombard Heights apartments since April 2015. We have had several shifts in management, but even at that, the grounds are kept up fine. There is a community pool and several grocery shops a couple miles away. It's backed up to a quiet neighborhood and minimal excess traffic. Would recommend."
