"As others have said, ceilings and walls are very thin. If you have an upstairs neighbor, you'll know where they are in their apartment at all times (noise cancelling headphones, even the best ones, are useless for this). There is a pest problem, no matter how careful you are about food storage and trash. Cable for tv/internet runs on the outside of the buildings, exposed, so anyone can disconnect cables whenever they'd like. Bottom line: if you enjoy quiet and peace of mind, look elsewhere."

"Do Not Move In Here! DO NOT LET THE PRICE DECEIVE YOU!my roommate and I moved in last year, the first 2-3 months were fine, other than the place being rundown and paper thin walls. but the last few have been absolutely awful. Bed bugs galore, and whats worse is the company knew the bugs were there months before we ever moved in, as evidence by letters saying the bugs were not their responsibility. The company does not work with you at all and nobody has complied with the exterminators requests that need to be fulfilled to spray your apartment except for us and one other neighbor. We've had to and will have to throw out all of our furniture. We have had to tear our place apart multiple times, had not been notified when we were supposed to when the exterminator wasn't going to come, and were falsely told by the landlords that the exterminator was coming. tearing our apartment up for no reason on multiple occasions. We are moving out ASAP. So unless you like little bugs crawling on you and being paranoid to not only sleep in your own bed, but be present in your own home, DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"Do not move here!! I moved here last year and I regret it so much. It may be extremely cheap and seem somewhat nice on the inside but it is not worth it! We found out that the company was clearly aware about the fact that they let us move into a unit infested with bed bugs. They don't care though! They paid for only the first three treatments, yet they are treating only part of the building! Why should we be responsible for paying any of the treatments? We didn't bring them in, the place was originally infested with them. I should not be afraid to go to sleep at night because of the fact there are bugs crawling on me. The walls are as thin as possible and you can hear anything going on in the entire building. It is an extremely sketchy place. I highly advise you to spend a little bit extra money to live somewhere nicer with better management!"

"Wouldn't even put a star if I didn't have too. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Moved here last March, lived here for a few months and we got a change of management and then we got a note that they were sending pest control out. THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THE APARTMENTS PEOPLE. The previous people just tried painting over were you could see they had a problem. And guess what they are still there, to this day. You constantly see people throwing out furniture due to this. Not to mention the drug deals going on and people trying to break into cars in the middle of the night. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations next door to you and there is constant partying in the night, so good luck trying to get any sleep. I would never recommend these apartments to anybody. Moving out next month because they are making everybody sign a new lease and in it stating that anything to do with bed bugs the tenant is responsible for but they are giving the option to move out without a penalty. Kind of fishy if I might say."
