"I have lived here with my significant other since 2016, he moved here first in 2015. The new management we have now is very helpful, and you can actually get ahold of them. We enjoy living here, it's surprisingly quiet with being near the hospital. I would recommend this complex to my family/friends."
"Place is not good at all. My gma lives here and they do nothing but scam they told her to leave reviews so they can get better reviews and they would take money off her rent but ended up making her pay it back and charging fees. My gma carpet is ripping up and they refuse to fix it. Management does nothing for you if you need something fixed. She also paid rent and they said she didn't so she showed a receipt and they still scammed her out of money making her pay more."
"Wonderful environment. Apartments are very nice, there's a dog park where dog friends gather and socialize. Neighbors have been very friendly and helpful. Delaware on Primrose is a quiet and safe place to live."
"I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year! I love my apartment with washer & dryer hook up, if I ever have an issue I can use the laundromat at the complex. Close shopping, restaurants, and a bus line. Maintenance has been fast to respond along with manager of any issues. The pool is clean & is where I've met other residents, made new friends. I've got the best neighbors!"
"We just signed another lease! Close to stores and medical facilities. We have a two bedroom/two bath. In home washer and dryer hook ups or a laundry facility is available to use. Have an outside pool(fenced), grills and picnic tables and a small playground (fenced). Can call for maintenance 24/7."
