"Drug infested, as most of their tenants are addicts. Poorly managed and maintained property. There are continuous maintenance issues. Maintenance staff are very disrespectful to tenant property and belongings when repairing maintenance issues. And Keystone staff members are rude, disrespectful, and spiteful towards tenants. They are very discriminatory towards minority tenants and potential tenants."

"1st I was lied to before I moved in and now I've been waiting 3 weeks for someone to come out to run a line outside so I can use my internet that I've been paying for but can't use because someone doesn't feel like it. Worse place ever. If I knew the truth before I wouldn't have moved here in the 1st place. They need better people working at Keystone"
