The ladies in the Leasing office - both Erin and Tori (Sp?) - were exceptional in keeping me informed of the process and made me feel comfortable that my son will be welcomed into an awesome loving environment. "Living at Bear Village was one of the best housing experiences I have ever had! The property was always kept up, the staff are so helpful and take a sincere interest in you as a person, the property is pet friendly which my doodles loved, they had great events that made me want to stay involved, and I really enjoyed the secured entry to the building which made me feel better as a single woman! Thank you BV for making my experience phenomenal! ♥️"
"My daughter has lived at Bear Village since her sophomore year . She is now a junior and plans to stay there until she is done with college . I can’t say enough good things about Bear Village. They are constantly doing fun things for the kids that live there ! They have received help with any issues they have . The staff is amazing. I don’t know everyone’s names but I have to say that Lindsay has been such a comfort to my daughter. It’s nice knowing that there is someone looking out for her when we are so far away !! Thank you ti all the Bear Village staff for all that you do !!"
"The staff at this complex is amazing. Some of the friendliest people you'd ever want to be in charge here. Every aspect has been top-notch. My daughter's rooms have been incredibly nice. The facilities are well maintained and there is a definite sense of community that they try to instill Beyond just renting some place to live. If you're looking for a very nice place to call home while you attend school that's extremely convenient and close to campus and well maintained, this place is it. Highly recommend."
