"They don’t upkeep with their lofts. Leaking from the ceiling maintenance takes forever. Lied about having cameras in the parking lot when it’s posted everywhere and refused giving me a key to the loft when my name was still on lease cause I was in the middle of moving out. Lindsey also is very very rude."

"Moving from out of state for grad school, I was pleasantly surprised by the Bailey School Lofts. The apartment building is well kept with plenty of onsite parking, a small gym, and in unit laundry (big plus). Staff are very receptive and responsive to tenant maintenance requests. Definitely comfortable for the duration of my time in Springfield."

"I have had a very positive experience with Springfield Loft Apartments! I’ve lived at Palace Hotel Lofts going on 3 years and I love it! The location is great, the app we use for maintenance requests, paying rent, and other paperwork is super user friendly. The staff are great and responsive. The only issue (no ones fault) is that the walls are pretty thin."
