"As someone with no pokemon TCG playing experience but have been collecting cards for a while I recently went to their Causal Play for novice event. I told the owner I had no idea what was going on and just wanted to watch. He was more than willing to let me do that. The owner and a player who I am assuming is a regular in the shop were super willing to answer all my silly questions and the man playing explained the basics of what he was doing during his turns. It was a great experience I wasn’t made to feel stupid or laughed at in anyway. Highly recommend the shop. Prices seemed good compared to other places I have purchased cards before. The atmosphere and treatment from the owner was great I will definitely be going back. Probably won’t be the next Pokemon world champ or anything, but definitely appreciate the learning experience."
"I stopped by to see if they sold Yu-Gi-Oh cards. They didn't really carry them. I said I wasn't purchasing anything, just interested in selling my old cards from 20 years ago. The gentleman was very helpful and looked at some of my cards and told me some I undervalued others I had over valued. These people were very helpful and friendly even though I wasn't looking to purchase anything. Wonderful experience"
