Jazzercise is a fun and efficient workout. All the instructors are friendly and make me feel comfortable. The routines are so fun! This is a great place to spend my time. Helping out with childcare for a discounted rate doesn't hurt either. All equipment provided. Body scanner included."

"Seriously the only workout I've been able to stick with! Going on almost 3 years and I still get my butt up and to class everyday! They keep the music relevant with throwbacks every once in a while. Instructors are the BEST and I usually burn around 500 calories in a class. The community of ladies is the icing on the cake. So much support and encouragement comes from them; especially if you're having a rough day! Highly recommend! Also, the lady who owns the center is an active member and is so open to suggestions or anything you need to talk about!"

"Update since January - Still going and loving it. it's been so much fun learning different routines to today's top 40 hits! I added a before and after class pic! Definitely get my sweat on! Ever since I stared I feel better mentally and physically. I love these jazz gals, they are my jazz family! They keep me going strong and super supportive.
