"The apartments are kinda old inside, definitely needs some remodeling. The apartment we stayed at got flooded as well as other people that were on the bottom floor. A person in their right mind would take out the old carpet and put some new carpet in. They had "professionals" vacuum the water, spray heavy chemicals, and add a air humidifier to call it good. The so-called professionals left alot of spots not fully cleaned. Carpet padding was still damp and was a good breeding ground for mold to grow. And not much of a shocker because thats exactly what we found growing on the carpet in some areas. We moved shortly after because theres no way im staying in an apartment with mold infestation. And getting our security deposit back was a headache, it shouldnt take months to recieve. And they only returned a portion of it. Definitely recommend going anywhere else."
