"Nice community and quite. They have corporate apartments for rent out for business out of toners needing a place to call home for a while and also they have regular 1 to 3 bedrooms for rent 24 hour gym down fall would be no swimming pools and even though the apartments are very nice the Floorplans/living space is very small, the living room's and the master bedrooms could be a lot larger, living room is to small to have any furniture .. a love seat and a recliner or two recliners a coffee table and a tv stand might fit in some apartments... but other then that it is a awesome place to stay/live... for any short or long stay ....."

"Living at Stone Creek Apartments has probably been the worse experience ever. The property manager (Tara) is very arrogant. Staff will walk right into your apartment with no notice given. Had an issue with billing (property manager tried blaming my bank when it was their fault) & was charged a late fee. Was suppose to get a call back from the property manager regarding the late fee but never got a response. The apartments are labeled as “luxury apartments.” When they are most definitely not luxurious. Paying nearly $800 a month for a tiny one bedroom apartment is not worth it at all! Especially since the apartments are cheaply built. The walls are so thin I can hear every word from the neighbors conversations that live below & beside my apartment. Received a noise complaint but what do you expect from an apartment with paper thin walls? The staff will find any way possible to cheat you out of every penny you have. There is much better places to live in Sedalia. I would definitely never recommend living here."

"My fiancé and I have been here since July of 2017. At first it was great, over priced, but not too bad. A couple months ago we started having problems with just about everything (heated stopped working, water got shut off multiple times without reason or notice, and when we call them, they stopped answering). They never checked anything before we moved in, granted they had to redo just about every thing due to the people ruining it (so we got new carpet and paint). They never checked out hot water heater which had TONS of build up at the bottom. Our screen was torn half way out of our living room window and they claimed to fix it, two days later I checked it again and I was the same window screen. They didn’t even change it out! They screwed us over as soon as we signed the lease for a year. On the website it says a monthly payment but they don’t tell you they tack on an additional $50 for sewage and trash, so what should have only been $579 for us it was $629 a month. I hope whoever reads this definitely takes all of this into consideration when thinking about living here. Like I said before, they aren’t bad, but you just have to be prepared to have a lot of problems. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone."
