"Unfriendly and unreliable. They never fixed anything. Took me seven months to get my dishwasher replaced. Rent went up almost every year. The landlord never answers and is there on off days. (Example) Her days are MWF, but she’s there on T,TH,S. There is a lot of backdating on signing papers, it’ll be the fifteen on the month, but she’ll have you sign for the 1st. She makes plans on leasing your apartment when you haven’t moved out or planned on moving out. The company in general will not work with you if you have to ask for assistance."
"Saw multiple listings online so I assumed they had openings. Never answered the phone so when I finally located the office to ask I was informed by a woman, who never looked away from her cell phone, that they do not take down posts. Very misleading advertising and rude staff, so I'm not too disappointed I won't be renting from them."
