"Terrible people don’t know how to fix anything let’s some people have animals and some not says absolutely no pets but my neighbor has 2 dogs I have mold growing on my roof due to neglect of them not fixing the roof not going to be ahold accountable for it even tho my son has a terminal illness says they will work with you and understand but then give you a 10 day notice even with children even tho the lease says 30-60 days says it’s not because your Kate on rent but your kids are to loud just don’t recommend if you have children"
"Horrible roach infestation, raccoons crawling around in the ceiling do to a hole in the roof thats has not been fixed after months of being notified ,outdated appliances, baseboards not attached to the walls. Asked for a exterminator never showed up. Lease was up still haven't received a new one 6 months ago."
"The property manager took over the locations from alpha property management with out email text call or letter. My lease ended and they did not contact me until I contacted them first. Can’t call them they won’t answer until they make time to text you back. Set an appointment to resign lease and they weren’t even in the office the day the appointment was set for. They put up signs for open apartments before dealing with the current tenants."
