"My daughter transferred to UCM to completed her bachelor's while living in Electric Springs for 2 yrs. She loved the quiet, privacy of her upstairs apartment plus the great care & service of said property. Her dishwasher was inoperable & a new one was put in within 24 hrs. She was impressed that the property owner was shoveling snow himself the winter of 2019 & on the roof as the roofers installed new roofs on every unit. This is now a smoke free, senior type, quiet community that my girl chose to rejoin to work on her Master's inspite of CORVID!"
"I absolutely loved living in Electric Springs. I lived there my senior year at UCM and it was a wonderful, quiet place to live. Spacious 2 bedroom apartments (they are outdated, but I didn't mind) for a great price- $440/ month. I really enjoyed having a back patio to grill and sit out on when the weather was nice. Maintenance was great! I only had 1 problem with my stove not working, and the maintenance guy was there within an hour and immediately fixed the problem! I would live there longer except that I graduated and my job is in Kansas City. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, affordable place in a college town."
