"This is a horrible place to live at. Firstly ,The apartments have thin walls and flooring , which makes it nightmare to deal with neighbors. We could clearly overhear conversations from our downstairs neighbors and couldn’t help but deal with it. Secondly, the management is terribly rude. The person/property manager i had to deal with named ‘Dana’ is a grumpy old woman with an attitude problem. Not sure if she still works there but to get any maintenance requests addressed was a hurdle because of this person. Maintenance throughout the year showed up hardly in time. The apartments are super old with no basic amenities. The dumpster never gets emptied in time. You can see trash bags laying all around the dumpster and houseflies all over it during the summer. These flies end up finding their way into your apartment if you don’t have your doors closed 24/7. These are the worst apartments one could ever live at and must be avoided at all costs."
"Just applied at the apartments and the landlord Dana was sooo beyond helpful and sweet! She walked me through two different apartments and answered all of my questions and some! Such a kind person and so friendly can’t wait to live here !!! I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends!!!"
