"0/10 would not recommend. The management sucks completely. Krystin had maintenance living under me. They were working on the unit all hours of the night & weekends. Beyond inconsiderate. The gate never worked when I stayed there, a man drowned in the pool. I just don’t recommend overall."

"Worse management ever. Ashley needs to be fired. Extremely rude and gone run all Beverley Place tenants away if she is not replaced. Also, charged a late fee because THEIR online portal messed up. Also, charged a return fee for payment messing up on their end. Literally admitted on the phone that the online portal messes up sometimes and how someone else was going through the same exact thing. Even after that conversation, she still charged a late fee days later. We have prove of payment going thru our end and still have to pay a late fee. Trust me when I say, don't move here. I can't find a tenant who lives in Beverly who wouldn't agree about the property manager. I literally hear people complain and threatening to leave all because of Ashley. The pool hasn't been open for years. Property gate NEVER works. When it's fixed, it works for one week max then broke again. Apartments are super small, walls all SUPER THIN. Plus, worse property manager ever. If you move here, you will regret it soon. I can almost promise that. Management will change you extra charges just to piss you off. Trust me, you get on Ashley bad side and will go through hell after that. All just for speaking the truth. You don't believe me, then go to Beverley and ask people about Ashley and see what they say. It's crazy how apartments let Apartment Managers ruin the rep of their property. It's more crazy that a property manager can be anybody and they still have so much power over your residence. It's even more crazy that you can barely talk to anybody over the property manager. They're property manager is literally bad for business and they seem not to care. Also, it's crazy that it sounds like your neighbors are about to fall through the ceiling EVERYTIME they walk in their apartment but Beverly wants to raise rent like we Overland Park or something. Walls and floors so thin it reminds you of apartments in the projects. Walls and floor should never be so thin for the extreme about of rent They're charging. Remind you the pool hasnt been open in 3 years and the gate NEVER works but somehow a 1 bedroom is $900 + $100 Water bill, plus electric bill for an apartment that's like 600sq. But still my biggest complaint is management. It makes no sense how bad property managers are getting no days. Days of good customer service and Genuine property managers are gone. The first review I seen was about the same property manager Ashley. Trust me when I say, when I lived there everybody in the apartment complex felt the same way. Beverley Place will eventually have one of the worse reps if the place is continually ran by Ashley"

"UPDATE! *since I’ve posted this my experience has changed a bit!!!! An example of this is my air had not been working for a month and every time I email the manager (Ashley Hayward)says she will have someone come over and look at it. It takes forever to get things done. It’s kind of a “we will do it when we get to it” type of scenario. I’m just being honest just in case a potential tenant is fooled the way I was. Also the walls are paper thin I can hear when the people above me drop the soap in the shower thin. I don’t recommend unless you get a top floor unit. I like living at Beverly. There is a bad review on here about towing cars but that is only if you don’t have a park sticker which you pay for before moving in. My only complaint is the parking. Some residents let their guest stay all night, which is fine but they are parked in spots other residents pay for and I rarely have anywhere to park when I come home from work. Krystin is great, I just wish she would have these cars towed. What am I paying for parking for if I can’t even park near my unit?"

"The management here is very rude. I would never rent from this place, I wouldn’t want to give my money to such rude people. My daughter live there and her vehicle was towed because the tiny sticker they give you wasn’t visible. SMFH"

"Under new management. The management does not care how much you pay if they want to inconvenience you they will. They tow cars with out proper notice. If you have a maintenance problem be able to fix it your self because the maintenance man does not care about your safety. I would rate the complex a 5 but management does not handle situations properly especially when it comes to people of color."
