"I'd never recommend this place to anyone they will say the work orders are complete when they are NOT. The ladies at the office will go to other tenants about whatever you say to them personally. The parking lot is a joke filled with sink holes. I lived on the bottom floor and they refused to get a plumber over to fix the pipes. Mold insside the walls and had to fight with them over getting any thing fixed . Yes on the inside of the apartment it looked great at first but looks will fool you the place is invested with roaches and bed bugs and. On top of that no one from management gives two craps about the tenants."
"The staff at Raytown Village are truly beautiful people. They are always helpful and gracious. Always respectful and polite. The manager always go out of her way to make things right when you call her. I think she is truly unique because I don't meet to many people like her anymore and I really appreciate that."
"We have been doing fine here. Would recommend to anyone. Jessica the manager aka JJ has been such a big help. Literally I’ve been comfortable working from home and school life has been amazing. Whenever we come across any problems with the unit she has literally helped us with everything. Thxs JJ"
