"Worst place to live at first the people at the office seemed to care but living there proved otherwise.They just want money but don't want to spend the money to fix anything correctly. The parking lot is ridiculous along with the plumbing and the mold. They just dont seem to care about the property or the tenants nor do they care to try and do anything to make people feel safer if you want to live in a roach infested bed bug filled place this is your spot. If I could give this place no stars I would. Never would I recommenad this place to a soul."

"This place needs a good amount of TLC. Maintenance is overwhelmed and the office does not typically care about its tenants. It will probably raise its prices soon and remove lower income residents avoid"

"If I could I would give them a double negative zero. The lady Jeri, did not properly review my application and I was denied for items listed on case net that DO NOT have my date of birth or my social security number, she denied me cause of my name ( which she could just be raciest ) and did not want to properly do a back ground check because she is LAZY. There are stray cats EVERYWHERE in this property. There are a few tenants that feed these stray cats. I am actually glad I was denied because it was a blessing."

"Helping a friend clean her grandmother apartment and manager of complex very rude taking pictures of my vehicle asking me why did I put that box in trash dump. I told her and she was all bashing me because, I didn't know my friends grandmother apartment number. Who you know that knows their friends grandmother apt number. She needs new carpet and walls painted in her apartment. Nasty place to live! Poor management."

"Maintenance leaves much to be desired! Every winter I had ice on the inside of my bedroom window!!! So cold!!! Parking is a disaster!!! Lot maintenance is a joke in the winter! Total ice to walk across if you park on the far side of the lot! With some real TLC these little apts would be adorable! Plus real management!!!"
