"They don't do basic maintenance, or any maintenance, and if you actually get them out what they do is done poorly such as black mold I lived with and had a headache for a year and their solution was to spray paint it, I reported 2 leaks in the roof multiple times they did not even look, I reported the kitchen sink leaking 5 times before someone came to fix it and he actually made it worse I reported that 4 times before someone came and he again did not fix the leak, the lawn they mow half and leave foot high weeds in the path to the door. They are rude and don't care about you or your family"

"Star properties has great rates and a lot of property in excellent locations. However when it comes to service they suck ass. You expect your tenants to pay their rent on time but when they need something they get to it whenever. We have been without a stove for 2 weeks now "its on order" there are 20+ stores to get a damn stove but "its on order" for 2 weeks. of course it took a week for them to even order it. Our carpet is coming up in all the door ways we were told it should have been replaced but too late now. we have been here for 17 months never late not even by a day. We mow our own yard because they think twice a month is good enough. Our first winter here our heat went out and it took a week and a call to the attorney general before it got fixed. I will say they did supply us with 2 temporary 1 room heaters. We cant wait to move."

"Do not live there. They will keep your deposit charge you $50 for $5 blinds. I left my place in better condition when I moved in. Have had the run around for nearly 3 months with the Manager at one of their locations. They have kept my check and my money for no sound reason other than GREED! Also a microburst came 7/7/2016 caused roof damage that was not fixed until after I left which was 10/01/2016"
