"NFI needs to reevaluate landlord, tenant law. A lease works both sides. Timely repairs and a safe living space is the least they could supply. Black mold is highly dangerous and if they continue to let apartments flood without fixing the plumbing the are ultimately waring money. I have many issues with them but I am not going h to waste my time listing them. Talk to current and past tennanst if you are considering any of their properties."

"Terrible experience staying on this property. The NFI management is SO shady. The managers, Shannon & Terry, are rude and could care less about people. We always paid rent on time and kept the place clean. We moved out a few months before our lease was up and had to still pay rent, utilities, and renters insurance. Rent I get, but utilities and insurance - that is insane!! They also had people working in there and they kept the lights on for DAYS!!!! HOW RUDE when you are not the ones paying the bill. I called the office to have them turn off the lights and they could care less. As for the property itself - it is ran down and not in the best shape. But it is a good spot for people who are trying to get on their feet. But if you are looking for people who care about you as tenants, this place is NOT for you. Such terrible customer service!"

"I do not recommend these town homes , NFI management is a very shady company, before you even sign and initial anything PLEASE READ!!! all 13 pages of that lease agreement!,,,,"

"Hated it. Old and Nasty place. Your not allowed to grill due to city ordinance. If you do have a grill, they'll throw it away. Inexperienced maintenance grew. Sewer problems, light bulbs burning out over and over, you can smell what the neighbors are cooking through the walls, the list goes on and on. I wish I never lived there."
