"Oxbow isn’t just amazing because of the incredible community pool, lounge, offices, and kitchen. But the leasing office and maintenance team are as good as it gets. They genuinely care about you, they respond quickly if you have any issues, and they bring positivity to your day when you see them! Great little dog park and pet WASHING station. Three different stairwells, elevator is quick, and parking is great. I’d give this a 10/5 if I could. Thank you Oxbow for making me feel at home! FYI: I’ve lived here for 5 months now!"

"Sadly, our experience here hasn't been as great as we had hoped for. For context, we've been here about 6 months now and will be terminating the lease early to relocate for work. I wanted to wait to review to see if things would get better but we've still just had problem after problem here. PROS: to be fair, the unit itself is very nice, and the amenity spaces are jaw-dropping, also Kiersten specifically has been very kind and professional in all of our interactions. CONS: The relationship with leasing didn't start off too great. Within our first 30 days living in the building, Lexy falsely accused us of violating community rules by "handing out our fob" and "having more than two guests". Long story short, because we (a minority family) were by the pool at the same time as other minorities, she assumed they were with us and sent us that email (instead of looking at the scan reports to see who actually owned the fob that was being scanned by non-residents). After finally getting into contact with the GM for the first time, we received an email apology from Lexy for profiling. We've tried to move past this, but honestly, most interactions with her feel soured/awkward now. It's hard to feel comfortable going to the community events and the extent we had to go to before receiving an apology in the first place made it feel forced and not genuine. Also within the first couple months, there were major problems with water intrusion following stormy weather. We gave permission to enter while out of town and came back to our front door unlocked, all lights on and 3-5 high powered fans running. Maintenance was in and out at least 5-7 times all within our first month before this was completely resolved. Made it hard to get settled and make the place home, initially. Maintenance DID provide a gift card for the trouble which was a nice gesture. More recently, more problems. My $900 TREK bike was stolen when someone broke into the bike storage room. There is key fob entry on both doors so I'm not sure how it happened? The GM said she thinks the door was forcibly pried open. My bike lock was cut by the thief. The other bike that was stolen was said to have been recovered by police, but no luck on mine. I did file a police report 2 weeks ago when it was discovered missing, but nothing has come of it yet. The GM has been trying to help to the best of her ability from what I can tell, its just disappointing overall that we've had so many negative experiences in only 6 months. With the price of staying here, we just expected a different level of service/security. I do think it's possible to have a good experience living here, it just did not work out that way for us."

"The Oxbow is in prime location nestled in the heart of NKC. The amenities are world class with very clean common areas and furnished beautifully. The staff is always friendly and helpful will all needs. A great place to live!"

"Excellent place to live. Incredibly clean and welcoming. Awesome accommodations. Great location for anyone wanting to move to the KC area. DeSean does an awesome job when there is any maintenance requests and has the work completed correctly and in a timely manner. Alexis is incredibly helpful with any questions and concerns I've had. The rest of the staff is great as well."

"My wife and I moved in a week ago and have nothing but positive things to say about The Oxbow! Kiersten and Lexy are great at helping future residents with any questions they may have and were great throughout our whole process. We rent a 2BR and the floor plan is very spacious and has great views from the balcony. Amenities are second to none. The rooftop has everything you need for some awesome summer hangouts. Location is great as well with easy access to highways and local attractions."
