"Living at Park Lofts has been such a positive experience since Maxus properties took over. It’s clean, the staff is always cheery and knowledgeable and the other residents are respectful and kind. Any issues (some problems are just plain inevitable in apartment living!) are always handled quickly and with respect by everyone, from Karson at the front desk, to Scott in the office, to the maintenance guys Brian or Andrew. I know I can always expect a swift response. As a team they have also made park lofts a more friendly environment and made sure that some long-time issues ignored by the old company were handled properly. Love being here and hope to stay for awhile!!"

There have been so many improvements since the new management, Maxus took over. The property is clean end well kept and everyone is friendly! "I really enjoy living here. It’s affordable and spacious and pretty quiet considering I’m right next to the elevator. As a creative I love having the exposed brick and old freight elevator door in my apartment. My friends love it too! The improvements since Maxus has taken over are great. Definitely feels like they care about the community and making it better for the tenants. Karson in the office is so helpful and pleasant to work with. Nice to have a friendly face to say hello to as I come and go!"
