"I have lived here for roughly 7 years. We have had the same landlord for as long as I have lived here and she is amazing whenever there is any issues she fixes them promptly granted I haven't had to many issues just the standard things when living somewhere but she has always responded to the needs of me and my neighbors quickly. I've known many people to pay a lot more in living costs have to wait for repairs the service is 5 stars. The neighbors are pretty friendly as well some stay to themselves but others are very outgoing and helpful. The maintenance is pretty good as well the work hard to make sure the job is done in a timely manner. This place is also pet friendly and has a pretty decent backyard and grill and patio for some good outdoor cooking. The rent is fair the people are great 10/10 would recommend."

"I've resided at Manor Ridge Apartments now for 25 years because of the manager, Tina Miller, and the maintenance guy, David! They make sure if there's a problem, it gets fixed quick! The grass is always mowed nicely, and they always make sure the outside sidewalks are shoveled when it snows! Tina is the greatest manager EVER!!"
