"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I started moving end of December into my new place. Movers available 1st week of Jan- but we had a snowy patch. Was unable to access my unit. January 11- another attempt- got my small SUV stuck because they hadn't cleared hardly at all. What made it worse I was stuck in the back for over 30 min and no one noticed. Clearly no cameras!!! Spoke with Gary- very nice- he said they were having issues getting someone out to clear the lot. Gary stated , after he spoke with a supervisor, they would make adjustments because if they had cleared the lot- I would have been out the first week of January. I told him I was fine waiting as long as I wasn't getting charged for their management issues and neither of us control the weather. Gary said they would work it out. This past winter they failed to clear the lot by my storage unit- ever. They still charged me January, February and March. Ed made excuses about being at the mercy of the people who come out to plow and said I was on auto pay so he would kindly refund March. If you want to throw money away, don't want access to your property or your property watched- this is the place for you!"

"Super easy, great customer experience on sign up. A few fees that weren’t clear when just Googling but my customer service rep was awesome, cheerful, helpful and persuasive. I signed up 50% out of need and 50% because of the positive interaction. Sure hope everything stays as great as we have started off!"
