"Not happy that they booked my 2 hour presentation for 2:30pm on Sunday making it imoossible to go to an afternoon show. They knew for 6 weeks when I was going to be here and could have booked a morning time if they'd done it in a timely manner. So I drove for over 6 hours to see one show."

"Wow, these other comments must be from different people than we meet! Because the the two people we dealt with were extremely nice. We had a trip to Branson and they did everything for us, all we had to do is tell them what days we wanted to come to town and they took care of everything else. We enjoyed our hotel, we had great seats at the shows they booked for us, and even had directions printed out so that we wouldn't get lost! Lol. And when I saw the comment that they were closed at 3 in the afternoon, I was surprised, because we had some delays & were gonna be there @5, & when I called to find out what I do and where to go after 4, the lady I spoke to went above and beyond & came back to the office just for our family! They were HANDS DOWN the BEST company we have used, and hope to come back next year!"

"We stopped in to get some information about canoeing and use the bathroom. My 57 year old sister didn't see an out of order sign on the bathroom. A man beat on the door and told her to get the F@&$ out. I went in and confronted him about the way he spoke to my sister. He cussed me. He claimed he owned the place. An older man that died his hair. This man, even if he does own the place should be put in a home somewhere so he doesn't ruin your business. What a despicable little, impudent excuse of a man."
